Hidden Meadow Memory Care is a locally operated memory care home in Columbia Falls, Montana. Specializing in care for those with Alzheimer's and other related dementias, our main facility offers a loving home-like environment, with state of the art care. We also offer assisted living options in our second smaller on-site facility.

Our staff understands that when someone is living with the progressive stages of memory loss, they will need continued support and assistance. We offer the care and attention needed to help with this process in each unique case.
